1. For starters, turn off the device.

2. Now hold down the Power and Volume Down buttons.

3. Release the Power button when an LG logo comes up, then, after few seconds, press it again.
4. Let go of all the buttons held when the Factory Mode pops onscreen.

5. Well done, you're in Factory Mode.
