1. To begin, power down the device.

2. Press and hold the Power & Volume Down buttons for five seconds or so.

3. Release the Power button when an LG logo appears on screen, then, after five seconds or so, press it again.
4. Let go of both buttons hel when Recovery Mode starts.

5. Good job, you have completed the hard reset process.
