1. Hello. First, hold down the Power button to switch off the device.

2. Connect the phone to the charger.
3. Next, press & hold the Volume and Power buttons.

4. Let go of both buttons when the Motorola logo shows on screen.

5. Done. You now should be in Factory mode.
