1. Hold down the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Now press and hold both Volume buttons for a few seconds and Power button. Let go of these buttons after the PRESTIGIO MultiPhone logo shows on-screen.
4. Navigate the Factory Mode menu using Volume and Menu buttons.
