1. First of all, turn off the device.

2. Now press & hold the Dial, Volume Down and Power buttons.

3. Let go of the Dial button when the picture on the screen changes.
4. Wait for five seconds, release the rest of the buttons and plug an USB cable into the phone.

5. Download menu will happen on-screen. Complete the process by pressing Volume Up.
