1. To begin, turn off the cell phone.

2. Next, press and hold Volume Up and Power for a couple of seconds.

3. Release power button when the Alcatel logo appears.
4. Simply keep holding the Volume Up button until the Recovery Mode shows up.
5. You now should be in the Recovery mode.

6. Scroll options by using Volume buttons; confirm by using the Power key.
