1. Switch the phone off.

2. After the phone turns on, press & hold Volume Up and Power for a few moments.

3. Feel free to release held keys when the Alcatel logo starts.

4. Scroll down to Recovery using Volume Up. Now confirm by pressing Volume Down.

5. Use Volume buttons to scroll, Power button to select options.
