1. Hello. First, turn the device on by holding down the Power key.
2. Next, press & hold the Volume Up + Power button simultaneously for a while.
3. Let those keys go when the green Android robot shows on screen.
4. Enter Recovery Mode by the press of a Power button.
5. You are in the Recovery Mode now. Use Volume Down to navigate and Volume Up to select.
