1. Hi. Please, turn on your phone with a press of the Power button.


2. Continue by pressing & holding the Volume Up & Power button for five seconds.


3. Stop pressing these buttons after BQ logo pops on screen.
4. Enter Recovery Mode by pressing the Power button.

5. Good job, you are in Recovery mode. Navigate it with Volume buttons; select options with Power button.
