1. Hello. Please press the Power button to turn your phone off.
2. Now press & hold the Volume Down and Power button for a few seconds.
3. Let go of the
Power button as soon as the
HTC logo appears on screen.
4. Now select the
Bootloader mode. To do that, use
Volume buttons to navigate and
Power button to select.
5. Next, select, in the same way as above,
Reboot to Recovery Mode, Wipe data/Factory reset, Yes -- delete all user data and, lastly,
reboot system now.
6. Woohoo, you have completed the hard reset process. Your phone will now reset and restart. Good job.
