1. Hello. Please press the Power button to turn your phone off.

2. Now press & hold the Volume Up and Power button. Release the Power button when an Android screen appears, and Volume Up button when an Android Robot comes on screen.

3. Next, open Recovery Mode by pressing Volume Down.

4. Good job, you are in Recovery mode. Navigate it with Volume buttons; select options with Power button.
