1. Hello. Please press the Power button to turn your phone off.

2. Now press & hold the Volume Up and Power button until a Boot Mode comes on screen.


3. Select Recovery Mode - scroll down using Volume Up button, confirm with Volume Down. Press Power button.

4. Well done, you are in Recovery mode. Navigate it with Volume buttons; select options with Power button.
