1. Hello. Please press the Power button to turn your phone off.
2. Hold down the Power button until the phone vibrates.
3. Next, press & hold the Volumebuttons until Recovery Mode comes on screen.
4. You are in Recovery mode. Navigate it with Volume Up; select options with Volume Down.
