1. Hello. Please press the Power button to turn your phone off.
2. Hold down the Power button until the phone vibrates.
3. Now press & hold the Volume Up and Down buttons until an Recovery Mode starts on screen.
4. Good job, you are in Recovery mode. Navigate it with Volume Up; select options with Volume Down.
