1. For starters, power down the device.
2. Press and hold the Power & Volume Down buttons for five seconds or so. Wait for the LG logo to show on screen and release both buttons.
3. To complete the hard reset process, press these two buttons once more. Hold them both down until Recovery Mode menu appears.
4. Your phone will now reset and restart. Voila.
