1. Hello. Please press the Power button to turn your phone off.

2. Hold down the Power and Volume Down buttons until an LG logo appears.

3. Let go of the buttons and then press-hold them again. Let go of the buttons again when a Recovery Mode menu appears on screen.

4. Voila!
