1. Power down the phone.
2. Hold down both Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously.
3. Release Power when an Android icon appears on-screen. Release Volume Up when the Android System Recovery starts.
4. While in Recovery Mode, use Volume buttons to navigate it and Power to select options.
