1. Power down the phone.
2. Hold down both Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously.
3. Hold Power until the Android icon shows on screen; release Volume Up when the Android System Recovery starts.
4. While in Recovery Mode, use Volume buttons to navigate it and Power to select options.
