1. Turn off the phone by pressing and holding Power button.

2. Press-hold the Power and Volume Up buttons.

3. Let go of these buttons when the POSH MOBILE logo pops on-screen.

4. Use Volume buttons to navigate the new menu. Choose the options you want using Power button.
