1. Power down the phone by press-holding the Power button.

2. Now press & hold the Volume Up & Power buttons. Release Power when VIVO icon shows on screen.

3. Press and hold the Volume Up button until Recovery Mode pops on-screen.

4. Well done, you are in Recovery Mode. Navigate it with Volume'n'Power buttons.
