1. Press Power button until the phone turns off.

2. Next, press and hold these buttons simultaneously: Volume Down & Power until the Vivo logo appears on screen. When it does, let go of the Power button.

3. Release Volume Up after the Recovery Mode pops up.

4. Navigate Recovery Mode with Volume & Power buttons.
