1. Remove the phone's battery, then put it back in.
2. Afterwards press-hold the Volume Down. Connect ZTE Blade to PC via the USB cable.

3. "FTM" will appear on-screen. Release held button.
4. You should be in Fastboot Mode. Yaay.
