1. Power down the phone by pressing the Power button.
2. Now press-hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously. Release Power button after the ZTE logo appears.
3. Release Volume Down button if you see Factory Mode on the screen.
4. Yaay, you are in Factory Mode. Navigate it with Volume buttons; select options with Power button.
