1. Switch off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons at the same time for ten seconds.

3. Let go of the Power button after the ZTE logo appears; let go of Volume Down after the Factory Mode starts.

4. Navigate Factory Mode with Volume & Power buttons.
