1. Hi! First, press'n'hold the Power button to power up the phone.
2. Now enter an incorrect password (you may have to repeat it multiple times).
3. Type in "Blackberry" when the phone prompts you to.
4. Finally, you will need to enter a code. Enter an incorrect one and be done with the password removal operation.
