1. First of all, hold down the Power button for your phone to turn on.
2. Type an invalid password into your phone (this may have to be done multiple times).
3. Next type wrong password, until you see the information about writing the word "blackberry".
4. Continue typing wrong password, and enter word "blackberry".
5. Lastly, enter an incorrect code.
6. Your phone will reset and restart, with the old password gone. Good job.
