1. Turn the device on.

2. Open Main Menu.
3. Select Settings, Change PC settings and Update and recovery.

4. Now select Recovery.

5. Now select Refresh your PC without affecting your files.

6. Lastly, select Next. Wait around 30 minutes for the phone to reset.
