1. Take the back cover off and remove the battery for a couple of seconds.
2. Now put the battery and the cover back in.
3. Hold the Power button and turn the phone back on.
1. Turn the phone on.
2. Is it on? Then press and hold the Power and Volume Down button at the same time for a few seconds.
3. The device should now vibrate and reboot.
