1. Start by removing and replacing the battery...
2. ... and by pressing the Power button. Wait until the phone turns on.
1. First, press Power button. Wait for the menu to appear. In it, select option "turn off the phone" OR press and hold Power button and wait until the phone turns off.
2. Last, press the Power button and wait for the phone to turn on.
