1. First, take off the back cover and remove the battery for a few moments.
2. Next, put the battery and the cover back in.
3. Last, turn the phone back on by holding the Power button.
1. Press and hold the Power button.
2. Now press and hold the Power for a while.
3.The device should vibrate and reboot. Good job.
