1. For starters, press and hold the Power button.
2. A new menu should open. From it, choose the Power Off option, then tap OK.
3. Just wait for a couple seconds.
4. To complete the soft reset, hold the Power button again. Phone will turn back on.
1. Hi! First, take off the back cover and remove the battery for a few moments.

3. Complete the process. Turn the phone back on by holding the Power button.
