1. For starters, press and hold the Power button.
2. Now hold down the Power key until a menu opens.
3. From it, choose the Power Off option.
4. Wait a moment, and then press the Power key in order to turn on your device.
1. Hi! First, take off the back cover and remove the battery for a few moments.
2. Now put both the battery and the cover back where they were.
3. Complete the process. Turn the phone back on by holding the Power button.
