1. Switch off the phone. To do that, hold down the Power button, select Power off and Ok.
2. Let the phone stay idle for ten seconds.
3. Complete the process by holding the Power button again and turning the phone back on.
1. Remove the battery.
2. Place the battery in its slot.
3. Power on the phone.
