1. Start by turning off the device - press and hold down the Power key.
2. Now take off the tablet's back cover, remove the battery and put it back in.
3. Look at the bottom of the device - Reset Hole should be there. Pick up a thin object, like a needle, and insert it into the hole while gently pushing for about ten seconds.
4. The tablet should restart. If it does, yay!, you're done.
1. Switch off the phone. To do that, hold down the Power button, select Power off and Ok.
2. Let the phone stay idle for ten seconds.
3. Complete the process by holding the Power button again and turning the phone back on.
