Instruction I:
1. Hello. First, remove the phone's back cover and take out the battery.
2. Wait for five seconds, then put everything back in place.
3. Turn the phone back on by pressing the Power button. You have completed the soft reset.

2. A menu will show on screen. From it, select Power Off. Tap OK.
3. Give the device five seconds.
4. Now switch the phone back on by pressing the Power button. You have completed the soft reset.
