Instruction I:
1. Take off the back cover and remove the battery.
2. Wait a few seconds and put everything back in place.
3. Now turn the phone back on.
1. Press & hold the Power button.
2. Select the Power Off option, and then OK.
3. After a few seconds, press and hold the Power button again, this time to turn the phone on.
