Instruction I:
1. Turn your phone around. Take off its back cover and remove the battery.
2. Five seconds long break... now put the battery and the cover back in and press the Power button.
1. Press and hold the Power button until a menu shows. From it, choose the Power off option.
2. Press the Power button again to power the phone back up. Good job, the soft reset is done.
