Instruction I:
1. Hello. First, remove the phone's back cover and take out the battery.
2. Wait five seconds, put everything back in place and press the Power button to turn the phone on.
1. Hold down the Power button. When a small menu shows, select the Power off option.
2. Now switch the phone back on by pressing the Power button. You have completed the soft reset.
