Instruction I:
1. Turn off your phone by pressing and holding the Power button.
2. Now press and hold the Power button again. This time, the phone will turn on. Yaay, the soft reset is complete.
1. Take off the phone's back cover and pick out the battery.
2. Wait a few seconds and then put everything back where it was.
3. Turn the phone back on.
