Instruction I:
1. Lets get started. Remove the phone's back cover and pull out the battery.
2. After five seconds, put everything back in place. Press the Power button to turn the phone on.
1. Press and hold the Power button until a menu shows. Now choose the Power off option.
2. Press the Power button again to power the phone back up.
3. Congrats, the soft reset is done.
