Instruction I:
1. Begin with some manual work. Carefully remove the device's back cover and battery.
2. Do nothing for five seconds and then put everything back in place. Press the Power button.
1. Find your phone's Reset button. It should be on the lower left side of the device.
2. Now press it using the stylus. Hold the button down until the screen turns black.
3. Release the Reset button. Your phone will now reset and restart.
