Instruction I:
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Press and hold Volume Up and Power button for ten seconds.
3. When ten seconds pass, let go of the buttons held. Done!
1. If your phone is turned off, turn it back on.
2. Hold down the Power button and then, when a small menu shows, select Restart.
3. Your phone will restart (duh!). Done, the soft reset is complete.
