Instruction I:
1. Hold down the Power/Lock for three seconds.
2. Your phone will restart. Wait ten seconds, and hold down the Power / Lock once more.
1. Take off your phone's back cover and remove its battery.
2. Do nothing for five seconds and then put everything back in place. Press the Power button.
