Instruction I:
1. Press and hold Power button and wait until the phone turns off.
2. Wait about 10 seconds.
3. Now press the Power button, and wait until the phone turns on.
1. Remove the battery from your device for a few seconds
2. Now put back battery into your phone.
3. Press the Power button, wait for device to turn on.
