Soft Reset LG Optimus G E970
1. We have to start from turning on your device so please do that.
2. To start the process go to your system settings screen, where you have to find and press Back up and reset option.
3. Once you've pressed Back up and reset, there should appear screen similar to this:
4. To continue, press Factory data reset tab.
5. After choosing this option there is going to pop up information screen, to warn you that all data will be erased from your device, please press reset device and confirm.
6. Congratulations! you have completed the soft reset process. Now your phone will reboot itself with default settings.
