What is a Soft Reset and what the Soft Reset does?
The Soft Reset is the easiest reset to perform on a mobile phone.
To Soft Reset a phone is to simply power cycle the device, to power it off and then to power it back on.
The soft reset can actually solve many simple problems on mobile phones, especially when the phone has been on for a long period of time and has not been power cycled for a while.
1. Please unlock your device and press and hold power button.
2. Now there should be this menu on the screen.
3. All you have to do now is choose Reboot option.
4. And this is it! Soft reset is over and you will be able to work on your device very soon.
