 Instruction One:

1. Hi. Please, remove the phone's back cover and battery.
2. Spend five seconds on contemplating the beauty of the world. Afterwards, put the phone back together and press the Power button. Well done, the soft reset is complete.

Instruction Two:

 

1. Hold down the Power button until a new menu will open.
2. Choose the Power off option.

3. Hold down the Power button once more. After a few seconds, your phone will turn back on. Voila.
