Instruction One:
1. First of all, take off the phone's back cover and remove the battery.
2. Wait a few seconds and reassemble the phone. Lastly, press the Power button to turn it on.
1. Start by pressing the Power button until a new menu opens. From the menu select the Power off option and Ok to confirm.
2. Turn the phone back on by pressing the Power button once more.
