1. Hi. Please, remove the phone's back cover and battery.
2. Spend five seconds on contemplating the beauty of the world. Afterwards, put the phone back together and press the Power button. Well done, the soft reset is complete.
1. Start by pressing the Power button until a new menu opens. From the menu select the Power off option and Ok to confirm.
2. Turn the phone back on by pressing the Power button once more.
