Hard Reset for Acer Iconia Tab A701

Instruction #1
1. Hello! Lets get started. First, turn off the device by pressing and holding the Power button.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume Up button.
3. Afterwards, press the Power button for a moment, all the while still holding Volume Up.
4. As soon as you feel the tablet vibrate, you can release the Power key.
5. Press the Home button to see Recovery Mode menu.
6. Press Volume Down to choose "Wipe data/factory reset", and then push the Power button to confirm the operation.
7. Now choose "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
8. Restart the device by selecting "Reboot system now".
9. A hard reset procedure is complete.

1. Turn on the display.
2. Now go to Settings and Privacy.
3. Next, tap Factory data reset.
4. Press Reset device and then select Erase everything.

1. First of all, turn the device off.
